말이 되다, 앞뒤가 맞다
Yeah, something didn't quite add up there.
이해가 안 가더라고요.
무언가를 잘 쌓아 올리려면 밑에서부터 모양이 잘 맞아야 올라갈 수 있는데요. add up 은 주로 부정문으로 쓰여서 상대방이 말하는 것들이나 상황이 잘 들어맞지 않아서 이해가 안 될 경우에 쓰는 표현입니다.
예문
What she told me just doesn't add up.
그녀가 내게 말한 게 정말 말이 안 돼.
I'm still skeptical about the whole thing. Something just doesn't add up.
이 모든 것에 여전히 회의적이야. 뭔가 앞뒤가 안 맞아.

간단한 접속사이지만 굉장히 많이 쓰이는 표현이에요. A와 B에 들어가는 단어가 문법적으로 동일해야 하는데, 영상에서는 문장과 문장이 들어갔어요.
보통 not 을 쓰는 경우는 부정문에서 일반동사 앞이나 be 동사 앞에서 쓰이지만, 그렇지 않고 다른 곳에 쓰일 경우엔 not A but B 처럼 패턴 속에서 쓰이는 것이기에 대표적인 것들은 알아두시는 것이 좋습니다.

직역하면 '무언가를 많이 생각하다'로 해석이 되는데요. 보통 자신이 좋아하는 걸 많이 생각하고 싫은 건 잊으려고 하는 모습에서 나온 표현입니다. a lot of 대신 highly를 쓰기도 해요.
영상에서는 직역하면 '넌 정말 너 자신을 좋아하나 봐 / 믿나 봐' 정도로 해석이 되지만, 상황에 맞게 [엄청 자신 있나 봐]로 해석이 되었습니다.
